By accessing or using HomesPro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

HomesPro is a property listing and information platform. We publish details of rental, resale, new-launch and commercial properties submitted by owners, developers, agents and our team.

HomesPro is not the owner, developer, builder or seller of the listed properties, and is not a party to any sale, purchase, lease or rental transaction that may arise from a listing.

Listing information — including rent, price, deposit, maintenance, carpet area, availability, furnishing, amenities, images and RERA references — is indicative and is believed to be accurate at the time of publication.

Values shown as "On Request" are not confirmed and must be verified with the owner or authorised representative. Availability and pricing change frequently and should be reconfirmed before any payment or commitment.

You are responsible for independently verifying title, ownership, approvals, RERA registration, society rules, lease terms and all financials before entering into any transaction.

When you submit an enquiry form, you consent to be contacted by HomesPro and, where relevant, by the associated owner, developer or agent regarding your interest in a property.

We handle your contact details as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not share payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information through enquiry forms or public question and answer sections.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting unlawful, misleading, infringing or spam content; attempting to gain unauthorised access; scraping or reselling listing data; or impersonating another person or entity.

We may moderate, edit, suspend or remove content and enquiries that violate these terms, without prior notice.

Where applicable, brokerage for rental transactions is a fixed amount equal to one month's rent, and for resale transactions is one percent (1%) of the agreement value, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific listing.

Any brokerage, deposit, maintenance or other charges must be confirmed in writing with the relevant party before payment. Government taxes, registration and stamp duty are extra as applicable.

The Platform's design, text, graphics, logos and compiled data are owned by or licensed to HomesPro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission.

Property images and content supplied by third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or the accuracy or completeness of any listing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomesPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from transactions between users and property owners, developers or agents.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
