01

Overview and Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to HomesPro.in, its property listing pages, developer microsites, rental and commercial pages, home loan tools, enquiry forms and related communications operated by HomesPro (“HomesPro”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

By using the website, you acknowledge this policy. Where we ask for consent before collecting or using personal data, you may choose whether to provide it. If required details are not provided, we may be unable to respond to the requested service.

HomesPro is a property discovery and enquiry platform. Property availability, pricing, loan approval and services offered by third parties remain subject to independent confirmation.
02

Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Name and mobile number
  • Optional email address
  • Interested project and configuration
  • Preferred location and budget
  • Site-visit preference or requested date
  • Rental or commercial requirement
  • Company name and required area, where relevant
  • Messages or details shared during follow-up

Information collected automatically

When you access the website, our hosting, security and application systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested page, referral source, timestamps and diagnostic logs. Our enquiry API uses a shortened cryptographic hash derived from an IP address for rate limiting; it is intended to reduce spam and abuse rather than identify you.

Session storage may record whether an automatic enquiry prompt has already been displayed during the current browser session.

Information we do not request through ordinary enquiry forms

Please do not submit passwords, card details, bank credentials, Aadhaar numbers, health information or other sensitive documents through a general property enquiry form. If a lender or service provider needs documents, review that provider's process and privacy notice before sharing them.

03

How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

  • Respond to your property or service enquiry.
  • Share requested pricing, brochures, floor plans, availability or project information.
  • Coordinate calls, WhatsApp conversations, meetings or site visits.
  • Understand your stated property, rental, commercial or loan-assistance requirement.
  • Maintain enquiry records and avoid duplicate or repeated submissions.
  • Protect forms and systems against spam, fraud, misuse and security threats.
  • Operate, troubleshoot and improve website performance and user experience.
  • Comply with applicable law, lawful requests and dispute-resolution requirements.

We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.

04

Consent and Lawful Use

We generally process enquiry information because you voluntarily submit it and consent to being contacted regarding the selected property or service. We may also process limited information to provide a service you requested, maintain security, meet legal obligations or address disputes, where permitted by applicable law.

You may withdraw consent for future contact by emailing us. A withdrawal does not invalidate processing already carried out lawfully, and limited records may still be retained where necessary for legal, fraud-prevention or record-keeping purposes.

05

When We Share Information

We may disclose only the information reasonably necessary for the stated purpose to:

  • Relevant developers, authorised sales representatives, property owners, agents or project partners when needed to answer your enquiry.
  • Loan or financial-service partners when you specifically request home-loan assistance.
  • Cloud hosting, database, storage, communication, security and technical service providers acting for us.
  • Professional advisers, auditors or insurers where reasonably necessary.
  • Government authorities, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies when disclosure is legally required.
  • A successor organisation in a merger, restructuring or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Third parties receiving an enquiry for their own services may act under their own privacy policies. Ask the relevant party how it handles your information before sharing additional documents.

06

Cookies, Session Storage and Similar Technologies

The website may use essential browser storage and similar technologies to support navigation, security, form behaviour and session-level preferences. For example, session storage may prevent the same automatic lead form from repeatedly opening in one session.

Hosting providers may generate security and diagnostic logs. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this policy and, where required, consent controls will be updated. You can control cookies using browser settings, although blocking essential storage may affect some features.

07

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry, provide follow-up, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Retention can vary according to the type of enquiry, later interaction and applicable requirements.

When information is no longer required, we aim to delete, anonymise or securely isolate it, subject to backup cycles and records that must be retained for lawful purposes.

08

Security Measures

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including server-side access controls, protected administrative operations, restricted database access, validation, rate limiting and encrypted network transport where supported.

No internet transmission, storage platform or security control is completely risk-free. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information submitted to HomesPro has been compromised, contact us promptly.

09

Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may request:

  • A summary of personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction or completion of inaccurate information.
  • Deletion of information that is no longer required, where legally available.
  • Withdrawal of consent for future contact or processing based on consent.
  • Information about the grievance-redressal route.
  • Nomination or other rights that become applicable under data-protection law.

To protect users, we may request reasonable verification before acting on a privacy request. We may decline or limit a request where retention or processing is required or permitted by law.

10

Children’s Privacy

HomesPro is intended for adults researching property and related services. We do not knowingly seek personal data from children. A parent or lawful guardian who believes a child has submitted information may contact us to request review and deletion.

11

Cloud and Cross-Border Processing

We use cloud infrastructure and service providers, including Firebase and Google Cloud services. Depending on provider architecture, configuration, support and backup arrangements, information may be processed or stored in locations outside your state or country. We seek to use reputable providers and appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable requirements.

13

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in website features, service providers, business processes or law. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional website notice where appropriate.

14

Legal requirements may change or commence in phases.
